· Contribute to the project execution including design, development, testing, release and support
· Ensure the technical deliverables are of good quality
· Adopt the Monsanto standard application framework and SDLC practices
· Exercise the Software Configuration Management plan, backup plans and deployment plans as guided by the Technical Lead.
· J2EE (JSP, JDBC, Servlet, EJB)
· Java 2 (Swing, RMI), HTML
· JUnit, TFD/TDD, Refactoring skills - big plus.
· Oracle
· Tomcat, Apache
· Object Oriented Analysis/Design
· UNIX (Solaris 2.5), Windows 95/NT/2000
Experience: 0 - 3 years
